Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and tags intact. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT: Please contact our customer service at service1@xblhair.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address before sending any product back. Items returned without an RMA number will not be refunded.
To complete your return, you must provide proof of purchase and clear photos showing the item’s unused condition.
Notes
Custom or personalized items, including any orders paid via a custom draft payment link without an attached product page, are classified as custom orders. Such orders do not qualify for the 14-day refund policy.
If a return is due to the customer’s reason (e.g. wrong order, change of mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item shipped, verified damage not caused by the customer), we will cover the return shipping fee once the claim is confirmed by our support team with clear photo or video evidence provided within 3 days of delivery.
Products returned used, damaged by the customer, missing original packaging, or past the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service1@xblhair.com.
Anti-Fraud Statement
XBL HAIR reserves the right to refuse suspicious or fraudulent return or refund requests. Any misuse of our return policy may result in account termination and legal action.
