1.Shipping Method:

• Normally we ship hair by FedEx or DHL, or other shipping payment based customers’ request.

2.Shipping Time:

• To USA/Canada: 3-5 days by FedEx or DHL
• To UK/ European countries: 5-7 days by DHL
• To African countries:7-10 days by DHL or FedEx.

3.Shipping Packaging:

• Trial/sample order and in-stock order will be shipped within 24 hours after full payment. Customized order takes about 5-7 days or longer based on your order detail.
• Hair will be washed clean before putting into package. Each bundle be packed in PVC bag, label length, then put into DHL/FedEx shipping bag or carton.Customized package is acceptable. We could provide label, hangtag, logo design service.

4.Any special request please contact us:

• Drop-shipping acceptable – ship to your customer directly, your name or company info can be put into the shipping label.
• FedEx Saturday shipment can be applied, but need to charge about 20 US dollars.
