At night, we tasted local Hunan food together. A company dinner during travel is different from a normal work meal. People sit together, share stories, laugh about small travel moments, and learn more about each other outside daily work.

After dinner, we also had game interaction time. Some colleagues are usually quiet at work, but during games they suddenly became very funny. This is one of the best parts of team travel: you see another side of the people you work with every day.

Day 2: Tianzi Mountain, Yuanjiajie, and Charming Xiangxi

On the second day, we went to Tianzi Mountain and Yuanjiajie. Zhangjiajie is famous all over the world, and during the trip we saw many international travelers there too. This was a nice surprise for our team. That night, we watched the Charming Xiangxi performance. It showed local culture, music, dance, and strong stage energy. For our team, it was not only a show. It reminded us that every place has its own culture, and every customer also has their own market, client taste, and business rhythm.

Day 3: Tianmen Mountain, Heavy Rain, and Singing with Foreign Travelers

On the third day, we went to Tianmen Mountain. One part that impressed everyone was the long mountain escalator. It takes more than half an hour, and you almost do not need to climb by yourself. Haha, this kind of convenient scenic-area design is quite common in China now.

Even with heavy rain, the team stayed cheerful and open to unexpected moments.

We met heavy rain that day, but something very interesting happened. During the long escalator ride, our team interacted with foreign travelers on the opposite side. Everyone started singing back and forth. It was bold, funny, and completely unexpected.

For us, this became one of the best memories of the whole trip. It showed something very true about XBLHair people: we are willing to communicate, willing to share happiness, and willing to connect with people even when the situation is not perfect.
